Our room was on the third floor facing the street. Our white noise machine could not overcome the street sounds of cars with special mufflers and such. It was noisy. At 2:30am my son was counting how many times one muffler circled the hotel. I had read the comments in hot water so I asked for a room with good hot water. When I showered I cranked up the hot water to the max level and it eventually got hot. People who showered in the morning said it was not better than luke warm. I was surprised by the layout. The sofa bed faced the two queens. I expected a long room instead of this square configuration so it was not as spacious as I expected. With my do not disturb sign up housekeeping was knocking on our door at 9:30 just to make sure. The area has a lot of homeless around the hotel. While the stay was ok I would not stay here again.

The staff was amazing, super sweet and easy to talk to. This place was by far the best we stayed at during our 2 week vacation. Would come back. It took a bit to get the hot water rolling, but room was decent and food was too. Thank you!

We traveled with our pregnant daughter in law and 3 grandsons. From the beginning their room had no hot water. I addressed this with the front desk and they said they were on it.The cold water issued and then spread to our room on day 2 till when we left. Although the staff was courteous, no water for 4 days is ridiculous.

Literally a mini apartment. Shower water only got to about "warm enough" Protected parking area for about $23 a day bc of downtown. Everything clean and proper. I give the place a 4 out of 5. IMO it falls into a 3.5 to 4 start hotel.

Mostly clean facilities, exception was the huge cobwebs in the corner of the ceiling…I didn’t bother it, it didn’t bother me. Friendly and helpful staff. Walkable to the museums, the waterfront and a variety of restaurants. Spacious rooms. The noise level from other rooms is high…could hear the folks above moving around, slamming things, moving about in the hallway at 2-4am -guessing it was military guest getting ready for work. Once they left it was quiet. Overall good stay. Cocktail hour was 6/10 and the breakfast for me was not my cup of tea 😊.
