Bonsoir, Je n’ai pas pu bénéficier de ma réservation à l’hotel Qui m’a averti que celui ci était complet, par mail, le 09 juillet à 20h22. En revanche, j’ai eu la désagréable surprise de constater que le montant de la réservation avait été prélevé ; aussi, pensant qu’il s’agit d’une erreur de votre logiciel de réservation, j’attends désormais que le montant m’en soit remboursé intégralement. Par ailleurs, j’ai dû réserver très rapidement un nouvel hôtel. Aussi, je ne peux évaluer l’hotel. Mais si je dois évaluer votre service de réservation, soyez malheureusement assuré que je n’en suis pas satisfaite du tout. J’attends donc très rapidement, un remboursement de cette réservation de vos services. Cordialement Cecile BOUSSET
