Older property, it is in Old Montreal afterall, but very well maintained and staffed. Huge room with living room, separate dining room and comfortable bedroom. Large windows so tons of light. Enjoyed our stay and would go back.

The staff was standout at this hotel. Always friendly and very helpful. Few disappointments however that are noteworthy - bed sheet with blood splotches, tub/shower that took over an hour to drain, leaking faucet and overall musty smell in hallways and room. Also no fan in the bathroom so that could be part of the reason for the smell. Room itself was clean albeit a little rough for wear - scratched hardwood from furniture, stained carpet, etc. View was very nice.

Smooth calm check in, and client service was impeccable. We needed to use the pull out couch and the staff made it up for us and quickly brought extra towels when needed. Roo was beautifully appointed and spacious. We will certainly stay here again.
