Terrace Saint-Hubert

Beautiful fully renovated architect house in the very heart of the Plateau-Montroyal, only 2 minutes to the subway station on foot. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 fireplace, 1 private backyard and 1 large rooftop terrace with panoramic view on the city. Equipped with a 106'' movie screen, high quality speakers and projector.

The booking is only valid for the number of persons mentioned during the online booking. As clearly mentioned on the ad, prices are based on a 2-person occupancy and do not include taxes or cleaning fees. Additional charges of CAD$100 per person, per night, apply beyond 2 people. A penalty of CAD$200 per night per undeclared person will be retained on the security deposit.

Exterior cameras and exterior noise detectors ensure the security of the property and compliance with regulations (number of tenants, departure times, use of fire, etc.). No indoor and outdoor private space is filmed out of respect for your privacy. Non-compliance with regulations by tenants will result in an additional charge of CAD$1,000. Only one warning will be given before expulsion without refund.

House Rules:

1. Any damage caused by smoking inside or outside the property will be at the renter's expense and the due fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Outdoor ashtrays are provided for smokers.

2. No big gatherings or parties are allowed at the House. For security reasons, respect of the neighbourhood and due to the maximum capacity of the house, we ask the renters to respect the number of hosts mentioned on the agreement at all times. The number of persons staying for the night has to be the one mentioned on the agreement.

3. The Tenant is responsible for material damage occurring in or on the rented building during the rental period, including damage or breakage to the property therein. The Tenant is held responsible for the actions of any other person on the rented premises and has ensured that they have read the regulations to them.

4. The Tenant agrees to return the property to the same condition as on arrival. An additional cleaning fee may be required if the spaces used are not in the same condition as when you arrived.

5. Pets are allowed (maximum 2 per rental), but must be mentioned when booking. The cost per pet is CAD$200 per stay. In the event of non-compliance with the number of animals mentioned when booking, damage caused by animals or additional cleaning required, the additional costs payable will be deducted from the security deposit.

6. The tranquility of the place must be respected at all times and no excessive noise outside after 10pm will be tolerated (including the back yard and roof terrace). The Tenant undertakes to respect rules of conduct and a reasonable noise level, and not to disturb the neighbours. After 10pm, outside noise and outdoor activities should be kept to a minimum. Failure to comply with these rules will result in an additional charge of CAD$1000 and may result in expulsion without refund.

7. In the event of damage to equipment and property, theft or misuse of indoor and outdoor equipment, as well as damage to property or the property itself, whether such damage or breakage is voluntary or involuntary, the costs payable will be deducted from the security deposit.

8. It is the responsibility of tenants, during their stay, to ensure that recycling is separated from household waste and put in the appropriate bags (black for garbage, blue for recycling) in order to facilitate the work of our maintenance team.

Gorgeous property!
This is a beautiful and unique property in Montreal. We especially loved the rooftop deck, which was a treat while the Northern Lights were visible during our trip! We would absolutely book this lovely home if we're ever in town again.

Accomodations were terrific. Everything was state of the art and very comfortable. Owner was always available to answer questions. The only negative was lack of adequate number of wash clothes and some of those towels had not been washed showing visible dirt clearly an oversight by cleaning service which has since been replace due to this oversight. This is a terrific rental and would book again in a nano second.

Great New Years weekend!
We had a great weekend at this property. There were three adults. The space is so clean and comfortable. We especially liked the entertainment center, kitchen, and master shower. Highly recommend!

Great location!
Nice property, fairly well maintained and clean. Chic interior, modern and comfortable. The primary bedroom’s toilet was broken which was a bit of a pain, the owner let us know in advance. We had to use the downstairs toilet, not a big deal but 2 would have been better for the family. Comfy beds and the rooftop is pretty cool - my 15 yr old loved it! The neighborhood is great, so close to everything, 4 minute walk to metro and shopping.

Absolutely wonderful! Location, amenities, kind host!
We wondered if we should stay in old town, so glad we chose this location and space. Nicholas responded quickly to a couple of questions we had. His restaurant recommendations were wonderful. (Agree Tri Sushi is wonderful) Walking, metro and Uber ride quickly to anything you would want to see. Heated bathroom floors…really!! Top deck, back yard - great even with rain on and off. Very well equipped kitchen, guessing he can cook crazy amazing food! Would stay again for sure!

Living in a work of art!
This property is Amazing! It is like living inside a work of art. The house is also incredibly appointed with everything you need and more. The location can’t be beat! On a quiet side street less than 2 blocks to the heart of the plateau and Mont Royal. Bars, restaurants, shopping and dog parks all outside you door. Treat yourself to this luxury home!

American Thanksgiving
We rented this home to visit our MCGill son and host a small gathering for Thanksgiving. Was very thankful to find an amazingly stocked kitchen. (Sometimes homes claim that and it is not the case. ) this house had everything. The location was fabulous. Two blocks from shopping, restaurants and grocery store. Also 2 blocks from Metro and so we did not have a car and managed several grocery bag walks back and forth to accomplish our goals. Also we were easily able to travel all across Montreal for Hockey Game, Concert, great restaurants, and Christmas Market. The only downside to the house was the open bedroom into bathroom design. And it being the only bathroom upstairs. So kind of tough if spare bedroom needs to use the restroom… This would be a great home to rent in warm weather as the roof top deck looked amazing. I had few questions during our stay and it was very easy to communicate and the owners were more than accommodating. We chose this home for 1. Kitchen. 2. Fireplace 3.location. All of those reasons made it a 5 rating!!
