We stayd here for our daughters Galentine's birthday, the teenagers had so much fun swimming, paddle boarding, sitting on the beach listening music and we can supervise them from the balcony. Had everything we needed, the tv didn't even get turned on as you spend most of the time outside anyway. The view is just stunning! We will definitely be back!

The view was spectacular. The air conditioning and fans were not effective so it was really hot and yucky (although it only reached 31 yesterday) so definitely something to keep in mind if staying in the really hot weather. But the view was magical.

This beach house is in a beautiful location, with a picture postcard perfect view of the gorgeous Moonta Bay beach.There's so much to love.The apartment is warm, cosy and comfortable and allows in plenty of natural light, and the balcony is a brilliant spot on a sunny afternoon.It's very private and quiet, and makes you feel relaxed without effort.What wasn't so great:There was a mismatched lead for the DVD player, hence only free to air viewing was possible. Rain leaked through the light fitting in the ground floor bedroom onto the bed, so we awoke to a saturated bed cover.The upstairs window to the right of the balcony door has a small leak.The kitchen bin was not emptied prior to our arrival, therefore it stank.The door to the ground floor garage is extremely draughty, and the roller door bangs like a drum solo, requiring some improvised cushioning and sound proofing.On the whole, it's a great value stay in a wonderful and enviable location.

Okay - But!

The electrics are a bit of a death trap. We had to decide between the TV and the heater, 'cos if you ran them together the overcrowded plug board tripped. We disconnected several dodgy electrical cables and once we figured out how to make it work, we went for the Telly and rugged up. For the safety and comfort of the guests I would advise a serious clear out and replacement of all those crappy cables and plug boards. The location was good - be well, Nev

Hidden Gem - Value for money

The property has a unique charm about it. Fantastic views overlooking the beach surrounded by natural coastal vegetation. One of the best-stocked holiday houses I have visited. Very clean and functional. Plenty of fans for cooling, and equipment for water sports and board games to keep you busy. Value for money and look forward to returning.

Would recommend. Fab sunset views and right on the beach. Could have been cleaner (floor, windows etc) and tv could have been set up - cables coiled in a pile. Would have been better with a clearer demarcation between the two units - we had some rather interesting neighbours for our stay

Stayed as a family. Thoroughly enjoyed.The house had a warm homely feel. Loads of extras in cupboards like olive oil, glad wrap, condiments, appliances etcThe view from balcony was stunning. Literally a couple of minutes walk to sea.I wouldn't hesitate in booking this home again when wanting a perfect beach escape.
