Our spacious home comfortably sleeps 13 and is filled with beautiful and recently updated furniture including new beds in every room! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary items needed to make a delicious meal for a large group. You`ll have plenty of living space and common areas like the spectacular veranda off the kitchen allowing plenty of space for large groups to congregate.
You can enjoy the views of the Intracoastal Waterway from almost every room.
Our saltwater pool is heated but you have to let us know 72 hours in advance if you would like the heat to be turned on. It is an extra $50/day for the heater to be on.
The water off our pier ranges from 1 inch to 3 feet of water depending on the tide and the season. It is not ideal to dock a boat off our pier.
With a 10 minutes drive to Atlantic Beach, 15 minute drive to Emerald Isle or Beaufort, there is plenty of places for shopping and groceries, and the nearby Pine Knoll Aquarium, you won`t miss a beat.
Please be advised that if the air temperatures reaches under 50 degrees, our pool heater likely will not heat the pool enough to swim. This is due to how the pool is built and not something that we can control.

To protect our special home from disrespectful guests that might treat our home poorly, we only permit experienced guests that have 5-star review history from past hosts.
If you do not have a review history, please share with us what brings you to town and we may consider your situation. If not, we may cancel your reservation within 72 hours of your creating the reservation with a 4% processing fee.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside our home.
We live in a quiet neighborhood with very respectful neighbors that deserve peace and quiet after dark. Our guests are required to be quiet after 10:00pm (as per Morehead City ordinance). If you or your group plan to be loud, please do not choose our home. We have instructed our neighbors on either side to call the police if anyone is disregarding this rule.
All children must be supervised at all times by the water. Including the pool or the waterway.
Please don`t feed the sea guls off our pier. They can get pretty aggressive and we don`t want them getting used to being fed on our pier. Sometimes we like to picnic out there.
Please do not go into the gates under our pool. All that is expensive equipment that is not for the guests to touch.
