Family Reunion
The property owner was very accommodating as for the number of guests that were allowed to stay overnight in the house. The house is very large and has plenty of space but, it is in desperate need of some serious upgrading. All of the furniture appeared to be extremely old (at least 20 years old) and worn. The sofa has a large stain on one of the pillows. There isn't enough lighting in the living room area. There isn't a microwave oven. And although the house appeared to be "clean" there were various size roaches inside the house. An extremely large one came out of the drain while I was taking a shower! If space and reasonably priced is what you're looking for, this is the property. But don't expect anything else.

Older home with a lot of character and history, convenient to the Moutrie Recreation Dept facilities
We stayed at this property while attending a sporting event at the Moultrie Rec Dept facility. This property's location was perfect for our needs. It only about a 1/3 of a mile walk from this home to the Rec Dept facilities. The home is also near downtown Moutrie so you have easy access to stores, restaurants, etc. The property owners are wonderful. Check-in was a breeze, communication was proactive and thoughtful. The property itself is exactly as shown in the pictures, so there should be no surprises. It is an older home that was built before many modern conveniences. There is no central heat or air but there are lots of window units so the home is comfortable even in the south GA heat. The bathrooms and kitchen are dated, but functional. The furnishings and decor are older, but everything works as it should. In short, look at the pictures. The home is exactly as pictured. :) The property is extremely clean and we saw no bugs in the home. This home has a lot of charm and character and we really enjoyed our stay. If we find ourselves in Moultrie for another event I hope this home is available as we'll certainly stay here again!

Gracious hosts and lovely home
The house is very quaint and unique! It has the unique quirks of any old house but that’s part of the charm. Communication with the owners was fantastic and they went way above and beyond to accommodate us. The beds are super comfortable and there is more than enough room to spread out. The house is furnished with neat antiques and has a huge yard with plenty of parking. Be sure to drive around the neighborhood and see the other charming homes. The house is very close to downtown and the hospital. We were here because my dad was having surgery and it was about a 5 minute drive to the hospital. Thanks for such gracious hospitality!
