Great Facilities, Terrible Customer Service.

Nice looking hotel for where it’s located. Lobby, workout facility and room all looked great. The service, however, was absolutely horrible. Front desk didn’t greet us or ask how our stay was, etc. - something you expect when staying at any hotel. They had a room service option and when I called that number in the morning the gentlemen on the other line sounded like it was his first day on the job. No greeting again, just a “hello?” and asking for room service took about 10 minutes as it seemed he had 0 knowledge or understanding of the menu and he put me on hold multiple times. After an hour of it not being delivered to my room, I called to cancel my order and the other attendant informed me the previous attendant never wrote down my room number so didn’t know where to bring the room service. Not sure if I’ll ever be in the area overnight again but if I am I’ll be avoiding this place.
