At 11 pm we complained about excessive noise from the drunk couple in the room next to us. At mid when we complained again, the after hours staff explained to me over the phone that they were staying 4-5 nights and my family only for one night (which makes the drunk couple more important?). They offered to have us move to another room, which if you have two small children, at midnight, isn't going to work. The when i suggested that perhaps he could ask his guests to be quiet and not be outrageously drunk in the hallways, he hung up on me. So just keep that in mind if you stay here, you are more important if you stay more nights. Will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

You first called and complained about noise at 8:30pm. I instructed my manager to investigate and she found no noise at all. You called again one hour later at 9:30pm, screaming and yelling with profanity and abuse. We are a small 3 bedroom bed & pizza. We value our guests privacy and will not intrude upon that. We also gave you a late check out free of charge, allowed your dog, because we are good to ALL of our guests.

Don't know, thought I cancelled my reservation but was still charged. The distance was a lie on the my, as the crow flies isn't the same as driving distance.

Ivy Bear Home away from Home

Pros: It was like just staying at home.
Cons: nothing
Location: The location was outside Sandy, Oregon and just about 20 miles to the ski lodge.
Everything was wonderful. the room was very clean and the beds were real comfortable. The Food was really good also.
