The condo was nice. The only complaint I have there was 6 o’clock and only one had batteries which is minor, but the carpet could’ve stood a cleaning and it was upstairs, and I didn’t know that it was kinda hard for my husband, but other than that, it was nice and roomy.

This condo/apartment unit was clean and well appointed, plenty of space and a compact, functional kitched. The full size washer/dryer were very appreciated.It's an older space, and while that was visible in the carpet/countertops etc, the real impact of that was that the AC couldn't fully keep up. To be fair, the host was straightforward and helpful about this.The front room in particular got very warm, with the floor feeling notably hot. Is it possible the downstairs condo has no AC and no insulation between floors?In any case, at any time of the year outside of 95-100 degree days, this place is going to be excellent -- clean and comfortable and functional.

This was an ideal place for me. My daughter and family live in Mulberry and so I was only 5 minutes away. The property was comfortable and had every amenity
even pool toys for the local pool which was just a short walk away, which my grandchildren enjoyed. Lovely master bedroom suite, and two bathrooms came in very handy. Kevin was very attentive when we had a question. I will hope to return next time I visit the family.

Great place centrally located to Lakeland and Winterhaven attractions. Rental was well equipped with everything in working order. Quick response by property manager to all of my questions. Quiet location.

Its a nice property, quieter neighborhood. Im in the second bedroom and it is very spacious. Kitchen is nice. Bathrooms are spacious as well. Good water pressure and hot water. Cant go wrong staying at this property.
