Enjoy the convenience of residing within walking distance of six exceptional restaurants including Hot Fish Club, Grahams Landing, Southern Hops Brewing, Inlet Prohibition, Russells Seafood & Raw Bar, and so many more.

The famous Murrells Inlet Marshwalk is just over a mile down the road and provides entertainment, nightlife, food and drinks for everyone. Whether it is a family vacation, golf trip, or weekend getaway this area has plenty to offer for any occasion and anytime of year. Top rated golf courses can be found within 15 minute drives in any direction. The well renowned Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park are both just a 5 minute drive south of the townhome. There will be a parking pass left in the condo for guests to access Huntington Beach State Parks beaches for FREE!

Picture yourself waking up to awe-inspiring sights of wildlife such as Egrets, Blue Herons, and a variety of bird species right from your back deck. With 14 windows strategically placed, this location is perfectly positioned to capture the captivating sunsets it is renowned for.

This single-level property with two bedrooms and an open floor plan spanning 1600 sq feet was meticulously crafted to optimize the view. The master features a King bed, with newly remodeled shower. The guest room features 2 twin beds, while the second full bathroom has both shower & bath features. Towels and linens are provided for guests, as well as complimentary travel size soaps and shampoos.

The kitchen boasts amenities that would impress any chef, including a dishwasher, a two-range oven, a built-in microwave, and ample cooking space.

The living area of this townhome is an open floor plan with great seating areas for families to talk and enjoy the views. The Living Room TV is a Smart TV and will allow guests to access their favorite shows, movies, etc.

The property has 2 different balconies but there seems to be a favorite of those because of the views. The back balcony off the living area offers some of the best sunset and sunrise views you will ever find. Overlooking the Inlet, you will find yourself out here for hours just viewing the wildlife, scenery, and Moon at night.

The townhome features Self Check-In with an electronic keypad on front door.
You will have access to the entire townhome, minus the owners closet.

There is a Pool in the shared community area which features a grill as well.

This property is perfect for a romantic getaway or for a family with two children. The house was clean, is located close to the state park and castle, with plenty of dining options nearby. The host was response, and has a nice welcoming book with plenty of tips and recommendations to ensure pleasant travels. The pool and grill area a nice touch and the room stayed a comfortable temperature throughout. I am looking forward to my next stay at this location, Thanks Chance to you and your family for sharing this awesome property.

We really enjoyed our stay in the townhome. It is beautifully furnished and has spectacular views. The beds were comfortable and there were ample linens. We didn't do any cooking (many good restaurants within walking or short driving distance) but the kitchen seemed to be well supplied and there is a Keurig coffeemaker. We loved sitting on the porch, mornings and evenings, watching the marsh. The townhome is in a great location for visiting Brookgreen Gardens, the Marsh Walk, and Pawleys Island. We had considered staying in Georgetown but found this place to be just as convenient, if not more. Checking in and out was easy, and Chance, the host, texted to see how things were going. We hope to get back again soon!
