A full size bathroom, much larger than an average home, boasts an extra large size spa, separate shower and vanity. White coastal blinds and candles set the scene for winding down, but lights on, many salty, sandy kids have splashed here!

A small hallway separates the two bedrooms, the bathroom in between and, a separate toilet also runs off the hallway. Privacy and functionality in the floor plan makes accommodating large numbers of guests practical.

An open plan kitchen makes meal prepping and entertaining at the same time a social occasion. A small breakfast bar with stools makes casual breakfasts easy. A high chair is available if required. Microwave, coffee machine, free standing cook top and oven and new. large fridge installed.

Fully self contained, not only does this villa come complete with all linen, towels, beach towels and basic bathroom necessities, the kitchen cupboards are stocked with high quality crockery, glasses, pots and pans, utensils and serving trays. Added bonus, an ice bucket. A starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, coffee pods and sachets, milk and water is complimentary. Salt and pepper, cooking oil, glad wrap and foil, all free to use, and basic cleaning essentials included.

All you need bring for your stay here is your suitcase and food!

The veranda and outdoor living space is well catered for and the view is spectacular. A gas BBQ and BBQ pack, outdoor dining table and chairs, mosquito coils, outdoor fogger, the attention to detail for comfort and convenience during a stay here is razor sharp.

Reverse cycle air conditioning throughout makes long hot summer days and cool winter nights disappear from thoughts. Full Wi-Fi and smart TV upstairs and down, chilling to a great movie or keeping the kids entertained is not a problem.

Less than 100 metres from the beach, green rolling lawn for picnics and social gatherings, a scene set for a nature escape, beach frollicking, fishing or exploring the many local attractions, situated less than two hours drive South of Perth, removes the stress of long drives and allows more time to holiday.
