The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook at home; including a Crockpot so dinner can be ready when you return from a long day on the go! HDTV's in the living room and both bedrooms, as well as a DVD player and a variety of board games will make your time with family and friends so much more enjoyable! Free dedicated high-speed internet/Wi-Fi and cable TV are also included as well as bed linens, bath towels and hair dryers in each bathroom; one less thing you'll have to pack!

Please Note: Private vacation rental guests do not have access to the fitness center, resort shuttle transportation, Embassy Suites pools and splash park, or pools located elsewhere around Kingston Resort. However, “Seaclusion” at Melrose Place guests are welcome to use the Laurel Court pool and the oceanfront pool, located between the North and South Hampton Towers.

We generally accept 7 night reservations (Saturday to Saturday) in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Contact us about alternate dates, shorter stays or longer "snowbird" rentals. HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa or on the screened in porch. Pets are not allowed at any time.

Per Kingston Plantation Resort HOA Policy:

Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the designated motorcycle parking area only, located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.

Nice condo close to beach and pool. Loved the screened porch to watch the Egrets on the lake. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well supplied. Would definitely recommend this lovely place. Close to Tanger outlet and lots of good restaurants.

Felt rushed and pushed out

the property itself was great except the master bedroom tub was not clean. The check in process was a hot mess with property management saying VRBO screwed up with booking which should have been 3 days because of a contract they had instead of the two were book which may be the other reason the property management was rushing us to get out. They sent a message around mid day of the before check out to ask if the departure would be early and when I responded back that we would be leaving at 1000am there was no response and to top it off the cleaning lady showed up before check out time and reported place to still be occupied even after telling them we would be staying until 1000am and then property management both called and texted saying that the cleaning lady reported still occupied and I inquired what time did she come and they were like lol you were the first on the list. I stated if we check out at 1000am via leaving the room then why the early arrival and when mentioned questions about early departure questions the diversion was back to some families leave early and just wanted to know so could send staff effectively. Honestly if someone is checking out early then they would notify the office not vice versa because it gives the appearance that one is rushing the guests out. Horrible customer service. Also parking was horrible. No designated parking spots and hard to find parking spaces. At times had to walk from a distance.

This is one of the best rentals in Kingston Plantation! Arrived to perfect temp in the condo, clean, 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool right there across from the condo, but still quiet! Can’t wait to go back!

A beautiful place and a great location!

We flew in and did not rent a car, but there were many walkable places (pizza, ice cream, drug store, outlet mall). We used Uber a couple of times with no problem. Had a grocery store deliver some groceries our first night. Wish we would have known ahead of time that there were no coffee filters, sugar, or shampoo. The board games and puzzles available were fun, plus the beach chairs. There were only enough detergent pods to do laundry once a day (bathings suits and towels), but they requested for their bath towels to be washed separately, so we needed more detergent. Loved the screened in porch and the closeness to the pool, plus access to 2 other pools! The master bedroom was pretty bright at night because of an outdoor light that we couldn't turn off. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Comfortable and clean

Very pleasant stay for 4 nights at this property. It was clean, the appliances and kitchenware were good, with plenty of hot water for showers. Pillows and bath towels were in excellent shape, which is unusual in a rental property, but very welcome. Had a small hiccup with the entry code, but the management service was responsive to a phone call and got me past that hurdle without any issue. They were very easy to work with.

Golf Tournament

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The townhome was very clean and comfortable. The AC kept everything cool inside. We enjoyed a nicely stocked kitchen. My husband golfed in the World Amature Golf Tournament. I stayed back a few times and enjoyed the pool that was right outside my room. It was nice having the option of bring back leftovers. We will definately stay here again next year!

The only problem we experienced was the door code but once we called the number provided we were given a new code which worked perfectly. The location was great, and walking distance to the beach, which is on the south end. The majority of the action on the beach is on the north end where the shopping, rides, and restaurants are. You are only given 3 detergent pods for laundry and no bleach for your white clothes so expect to buy detergent if you plan to do laundry. The air conditioner was loud yet bearable. Over all, the condo was great. It was spacious enough for 4 people.

For a condo that is supposed to sleep 6, albeit we only had 3, the kitchen had nothing - fry pans were too old to use, utensils included 3 dinner forks, 3 salad forks, 6 spoons and 9 knives which meant running the dishwasher all the time. The second shower’s water pressure was about nil. And the best part was the incrediably loud AC, hence it was better to keep off and just sweat. Now, considering the shape of the other units per friends staying there, ours was very clean and had nice furnishing.

Clean and convenient BUT

Overall the property is nice. It’s close to the pool and a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The biggest problem with the property is that the vents for the A/C were all closed and there are no levers to open them. Once I finally got them open the large vent in the living room has an incessant whistle when the A/C is running. To the point where you cannot hear the television unless it’s all the way up which is not an enjoyable way to watch t.v. The kitchen can use more silverware and the light bulb inside the refrigerator is dangling down and gets in the way. The last two negative remarks are minor and can be easily managed. winter getaway

Very nice property with lots of room for 2-4 people. Close to beach and restaurants, attractions, etc. could use more silverware, clock in living room and bedroom.
