All furniture at living room is too dirty. We used the balcony sits for breakfast and dinner.Also we have found a lot of painting Blue Scotch and debris in second bed room. The shades in second bed room did not work. I have informed about it the host, but no real actions. So I will never rent the unit.I

Wonderful Views, Room, and Service!

This is our 2nd time staying in this building. Both times we have been very happy. The room was perfect with multiple bathrooms, laundry, a huge deck overlooking the pool, sunrises, and the beach. We asked a few questions of the management company via email, and they got right back to us. They even brought us up some extra clothes hangars. Thanks so much for a great trip!

Great stay!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were only there for a few days and didn’t get to enjoy many of the amenities but we hope to be back soon and stay for a little longer. The property was as described, clean, and check-in was a breeze.

Perfect little getaway with beach views

Absolutely loved our stay in unit 2003. It was perfect for our family of four. The hosts were absolutely amazing to work with. Check in was seamless and getting to our room was so easy. I highly suggest this condo to any part of 4-6. Our boys loved having a queen bed to ourself. The morning views on the balcony were amazing to drink my coffee. I loved how we were tucked away and felt so safe where we were located. I highly suggest you use the spa and their other amenities included with your stay! We will be back!

Enjoyable Stay

The condo was clean, comfortable and in a great location next to the beach. We enjoyed walking along the beach and our kids enjoyed playing on the beach. We also liked having access to the fitness center and indoor heated pool, which were a 5 minute walk from the property.

My family throughly enjoyed our stay! The view is amazing and overlooks the water park which my kids loved. The condo could use a little refreshing (as some of the other reviews suggest as well) which I brought to the property manager’s attention and she promptly responded with steps she’s taken to correct. Courtney was great and was always available even when we accidentally got ourselves locked out late one night. Having 2 younger kids (3 & 6), the water park made our stay even better. We made so many great memories with our family and can’t wait to go back!

The unit is nice and presents well online but is in need of some easy updates.

Great location with a lot of amenities and perfect for families. There were two big drawbacks. One being a few cleaning issues that had been grossly overlooked by the cleaning company and was not necessarily the units fault. However, once brought to the mgmt company’s attention was not rectified. Additionally, It took longer than expected to receive toilet paper, trash bags and a blanket (which had been ordered by mgmt company as a replacement for one that had gone missing prior to our arrival). The second issue is that the unit has a few very worn details. The rug in the living room you wouldn’t want to walk on. The couch had seen it’s better day and the bath mats were matted and worn These are easy fixes and would make a huge improvement. I hope the constructive criticism benefits the next family staying. We had an internet issue which was rectified by the owner very timely. I think we just had a few minor issues which added up but on their own would have been overlooked. Overall, the unit was a nice place to make wonderful family memories.

Beautiful Home Away From Home

With a toddler and a 5 month old, I have serious OCD...But I must say this place was amazing...my nerves were at ease with the cleanliness of the bedding, bathroom, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. We enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for making this unit available for families like mine to enjoy a home away from ours.

Awesome location and amenities

Communication with Courtney was excellent before and upon our arrival. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The balcony off both the living area and the master with the chaise lounge chairs was my favorite spot to relax and look out over the ocean. I loved having a washer and dryer in our unit. Since it's part of the Hilton developer program we are able to get our Hilton honors points for our stay and it was nice to have access to all the pools and amenities offered by the Hilton complex. We will definitely stay here again.
