Belle place mais fraude du propriétaire

La plage est belle, mĂȘme le condo. Mise Ă  part un problĂšme de climatisation, le condo est un bel endroit ou rester. Mais lors de la remise du dĂ©pĂŽt on nous impute des frais exorbitants non justifiĂ©s (je considĂšre mĂȘme qu'il y a fraude). Et je dois moi-mĂȘme monter un dossier pour justifier le tout au lieu que le fardeau revienne aux propriĂ©taires avant de garder mon argent. Elle devait Ă©galement nous rembourser 2 nuits et nous attendons toujours le chĂšque. Une vraie arnaque....

The host was so welcoming and always available when we had questions. We spent 6 weeks here starting in mid January through the end of February. The condo was spotless when we arrived. The condo is very comfortable. Plenty of room. Nice balconies with furniture. Great view of the beach looking south. Had breakfast while watching dolphins every couple days. The king bed was very comfortable. Plenty of extra bedding and towels. A fully equiped kitchen was a nice plus. Beach chairs and an umbrella was included. A 65" Smart TV in the living room. Fast internet. The building is VERY well maintained. Quiet (at least this time of year which was definitely off-season). Fast elevators were so nice since the condo is on the 15th floor. Nice staff at the main desk always available for questions. Plenty of parking. Nice pool area with a tennis court. Direct access to the beach is hard to beat.

Amazing location, building and condo unit! We couldn't ask for anything more. The condo was impeccably appointed, and the ocean front views were breathtaking. Most times the picture do not reflect the actual quality of the condo. THIS time they exceeded them, and then some. Beds slept great, plenty of closet space, open concept living area and great bathrooms. Would give 6 stars if I could.

What a Wonderful Place to Be!

When you open the door you are captivated by the Breathtaking view of the beach. We had an absolutely unforgettable time this week and found the condo well equipped with everything we could possibly need for our vacation. The owner's thoughtfulness and attention to detail made our stay so special. The beach theme throughout with vibrant colors, ocean imagery created a relaxed and fun atmosphere with light and airy decor. Excellent amenities and wonderful location close to easy access to all areas. We felt welcomed prior to our rental with the willingness of the owner answering our questions. It is obvious that the owners have spent time, money to create a one of a kind unique vacation rental. Thank you for allowing our family to build memories in your beautiful condominium.

The condo was exactly as pictured and listed. Parking was easy and plentiful. The condo complex is well maintained. The unit is extremely clean and well equipped. The complex is quiet and very relaxing. The owners were available to answer any questions. When visting Myrtle Beach in the future this is the first place I will look to book.

Perfect Getaway

Our experience from the moment we booked the condo to our smooth departure was simply perfect. Check in instructions, ease of access to the property, communication with the host was 10/10. The condo is meticulously maintained, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed for our very comfortable and memorable stay. The building is right on the beach, amenities include cardio and weight gym, saunas, game room, tiki bar, a restaurant as well as activities to do as a family. Volleyball Trip

We stayed in MB for a volleyball tournament and the condo was perfect! We loved the setup, everything we needed was available, the beds were comfortable and we all left wishing we could have stayed longer. The host was great and had excellent communication. The front desk security was not the friendliest and made check in a little difficult but the host responded immediately to our concern and fixed the issue! We will definitely be back!
