Paradise Resort, 1-bedroom oceanfront Condo, unit 1204. Two Queen Beds In Bedroom, Murphy Bed and Sleeping Sofa in Living Room (Sleeps 8).

A beautiful unit with breathtaking oceanfront views on 12th floor. Spectacular and spacious, Professionally Decorated DELUXE one bedroom/one bathroom oceanfront condo! This resort is one of the newest oceanfront resorts in Myrtle Beach, opening its doors in 2006.

It is only about one mile to Family Kingdom and water park, and two miles to Broardwalk, 4 miles to Broadway.

This unit is located on 12th floor in Paradise Resort. You enter the condo in a hallway which leads to the kitchen. The bedroom is completely separated on the right and has two Queen Beds. The new updated kitchen has granite countertop and is fully equipped with extra appliances, blender, coffee pot and toaster and service for 8 guests.
The designer decorated living room contains a full size sleeper sofa, a pull-down murphy bed, a single-size chair, table with four chairs, FLAT SCREEN HD TV plus hi speed wireless internet connection right in the unit. Lots of linen and towels, service for 8, and everything you could want for a great vacation! The linens are replaced annually. The spacious balcony has a table and 2 chairs, is Oceanfront and THE VIEW IS INCREDIBLE! They are perfect for dolphin watching with your morning coffee.

We also have multiple 2-and 3-bedroom cottages located in a new neighborhood (only 1 block to the beach and located in the south area), 5 direct oceanfront 2-bedroom condos in Atlantica Resort in the Broadwalk. Please let me know if you are interested in these properties.

Please contact the owner before you book if you have service animals. $300 refundable deposit will be required to cover the deep cleaning cost if the service animals make the property messy and smelly.

Good central location. Easy check in and communication with host. Condo was listed as newly renovated but I would disagree. Kitchen was newer but there are many many things that are NOT new or updated or even clean. Whole place needs to be repainted. There are spots where the wall is different colors. Numerous small touches could change this place. Could be cleaner. Fine for the price. Good pools. Tiki Bar is handy.

Quiet location - Good unit

Unit has terrific ocean views, away from all of the boardwalk chaos. Kids LOVED the lazy River. Unit was sufficient. More than enough towels, and it was very clean. Only complaint was a musty- mildew scent when we first entered the unit. The smell went away after buying candles, air freshener and putting in fireplace to get some dry air in the unit. (I think it’s because there’s carpeting in a unit on the beach-tons of humidity in the air.) The owner was very responsive. Overall a good stay - to the point we extended a day.

Mold on the ceiling

I booked a stay for my family July 16-23 from Vrbo There was black mold all over the bedroom ceiling and in the refrigerator. Very hot in the condo and AC wouldn’t cool. There also was a strong odor. We have pictures of the mold. We were not able to stay there. Will probably never use Vrbo again haven’t been able to get a refund yet.

Great location not to far from the strip.

The view from this room was fantastic. though I only used the refrigerator, this unit has a full working kitchen. the apartment size washer was nice as we could do the laundry throughout the week so we didn't have it to do when returning home. Frank was great and very responsive to any questions we had. The only thing I would note is that this is an owner property so services that are usually provided by the resort such as cleaning and supplies are responsibilities of the renting party. I would rent this condo again.

Perfect view and very relaxing!

This property was as shown in listing. Everything was good except for the noise the AC makes and the refrigerator makes when they come on. Refrigerator is loud enough that we needed to turn the TV volume up at times. Otherwise I would highly recommend this property for a super great view and nice place to relax.

Nice stay right on the beach

Stayed for over a week. Unit was clean, although there was some rust on the stove and microwave. One or two noisy nights due to parties. Overall a nice apt, great views of sun rises, and lots of beach walks.
