The space

Sleeping arrangements
This single-level oceanfront condo is designed for two guests, featuring one bedroom with a king bed, room-darkening shades, and extra pillows and blankets for restful nights. A closet and dresser provide convenient storage, and the bathroom includes hot water and bathroom essentials.

Outdoor living
Your private balcony overlooks the ocean, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy the view from morning through night. Shared outdoor amenities include a year-round heated pool (open 8:00 AM–11:00 PM), hot tub, sun loungers, fire pit, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach time. A shared backyard with outdoor furniture adds to the relaxed atmosphere.

Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen lets you prepare meals with a refrigerator, Whirlpool electric stove, oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher. Enjoy home-style dining with provided dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and a Keurig coffee maker.

Entertainment & recreation
Unwind indoors with a 50 inch HDTV with premium cable, or explore shared resort amenities such as arcade games, an outdoor playground, and an exercise area. Guests also have access to a shared gym nearby and free resort facilities.

Comfort & convenience
Central air conditioning, central heating, a ceiling fan, and an electric indoor fireplace keep you comfortable in any weather. Free parking on premises, an EV charger, an elevator, and a smart lock for self check-in add ease to your stay. Laundry facilities are available in the building, with a washer and dryer for guest use.

**No daily maid service. We provide a gift starter supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, dish liquid, pods and hand soap in the bathroom. A small supply of cleaning items, broom and vacuum are provided in the condo for your use.
We have provided bed and bath linens
If more linens are needed the cost would be $35 for additional sets of 4 or you may use the paid laundry facilities located on the 2nd floor.

If anything more is needed or missing, don't hesitate to contact us, and we will do everything possible to be sure your vacation is enjoyable.

During Hurricane Season, refunds will only be considered if a MANDATORY Evacuation is required.
