Stay at our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Penthouse and enjoy everything Myrtle Beach has to offer mins away from the Boardwalk full of restaurants and shopping. Our updated 1,000 sq ft condo has the best view Myrtle Beach has to offer from 130 ft up. You have access to a large rounded balcony from both the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. We also have a washer and dryer in the unit. Enjoy breathtaking views of the entire SC coast year round!

Our Penthouse is 1 of only 2 units on the floor so you will enjoy a more quite and private vacation.

This place was absolutely wonderful! The stay was absolutely relaxing the pool was never crowded, it was a very quiet and nice place to stay and the view was spectacular!

You get what you pay for...and not much more

First the good: The location was good, the view was great. The price was competitive for the location and the view. There were beach chairs to use. Parking was free and convenient. The kitchen was okay and had almost everything you would need for a short stay. Water pressure is great & water gets very hot. It was a short walk to the north end of the boardwalk. Now for the bad: It was not very clean, you can definitely tell people use it frequently and do not care for it like they care for their own home. The chairs in the bedroom and the couch were DISGUSTING, I literally had to buy a sheet to put over the couch to use it. I think people just come in with their dirty, wet swimsuits on and sit on it, so it is filthy and stained. The beds were not super comfortable, The pillows were terrible and thin.Thank god we brought our own pillows. The curtains in the balcony bedroom, fin and dirty and torn, and offer absolutely no shade from the sun. There were no "extras", there was a tiny handsoap in each bathroom. The towels were tiny and not the highest quality, I went to walmart and bought towels because they were so bad. The lamp in the balcony bedroom was broken. Overall, if you are looking for a nice, clean luxury place to stay, I would probably spend a little more and look for something else. If you are looking for something on the beach that is budget friendly and you are not that concerned about cleanliness it really is a pretty good deal.

I wish there had been more recent true reviews. The location was decent. Easy parking and the elevator moves quickly. Access to the beach and pools were decent and quiet location. As far as cleanliness..just No. One bathroom toilet and one sink were clogged up. The dryer would not heat until taken apart and the amount of lint filled an entire bowl. The overhead vents in the rooms were covered in either black stuff or completely covered in dust. The beds are utterly uncomfortable and thin sheet and bed spreads. The couch looked like it had been brought in from outside. Definitely outdated and in need of serious cleaning and updating.

Great for a family!

Amazing location! The tower has a convenient turn around to unload your vehicle, and parking is available across the street. We were able to walk to shopping and restaurants. Unit was EXCEPTIONALLY clean, and had a generously sized master suite. Balcony had a beautiful view and was deep enough to prop up your feet as you enjoyed your morning coffee. Kitchen was well equipped and the refrigerator appeared new. Although the freezer doesn't have an icemaker, there is a nice ice machine located on the first floor. Living area was well furnished for it's size and we were all very comfortable. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and a few toiletries and toilet paper to get you started. The air-conditioner worked well and the unit stayed dry and cool. We would definitely stay there again! The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 (I wish I could give 4.5) is that some of the features in the unit were a bit dated. The washer/dryer unit was a older and could manage only light-weight items. The sliding door to the balcony was difficult to slide, so children or older adults may have trouble opening and closing it. And if you weren't an early riser, the curtains are a bit thin causing the master and living room to fill with natural light as soon as the sun came up. If you're a late sleeper, choose the 2nd bedroom because it stayed nice and dark. Having said ALL THAT, we had an amazing vacation.

Perfect Penthouse Location

Love the view from this room and the location in Myrtle. The place looked exactly as described. The only reason I left 4 instead of 5 start was because the room had a lot of beach wear and tear on it that could use some attention. But I would definitely stay here again!

Girls Trip

We booked here for a quick girl's getaway. The condo was clean and spacious. Easily fit all of us no problem. Communication was AMAZING!!!! The owner was quick with their response time. Great location right on the beach and near the strip. Great choice!!!
