This brand-new construction offers a fully equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances, a large porch, a huge deck with plenty of space to relax, a shared swimming pool, and a well-designed living area for everyone to enjoy! Next door to the State Park and only a 10-minute drive to Surfside Beach Pier and the popular Market Common District, and 15 minutes from Broadway at the Beach, this offers the perfect relaxing vacation without being too far from all the fun attractions our South Carolina Coast has to offer! There’s plenty of parking for larger vehicles. As a bonus, you can also reserve the other side of this breathtaking duplex, ‘Sea Escape B’ offers all the same amenities making it the perfect location for larger families.
