Colony South Drive in South Nags Head, North Carolina at Mile Post 21 1/2. This cottage is spacious and cozy with direct beach access approximately 400 feet from your door.

Ground Level: Enclosed outside shower, picnic table, carport, beach cart and a large, sand filled play area with slide and swings under the house.

Top Level: Entry level. Great room with wooden floors, TV/DVD/VCR, large picture window and screened porch with ocean view. Kitchen with large island counter with 4 stools and dining area with large table seating 8. King Master Bedroom with TV and full private bath with shower, Queen Bedroom with ocean view, hall full bathroom with shower/tub and a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Bunk Set. Den with Full Sleep Sofa, TV/DVD/VCR and built-in ironing board situated next to the laundry area with utility sink, full size washer and dryer and access to a glass enclosed sun porch and outside sun deck.

Extras: 3 TVs, 2 DVD players, high-speed wireless internet, charcoal grill, washer/dryer, parking for 4 cars, electric fireplace, enclosed outside shower, under house play area, screened porch, sun deck, ceiling fans and deck furniture. Linens and towels are NOT provided but can be rented for the week. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and 1 bathmat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking.

House was exactly as advertised and perfect for our family's stay in Nags Head. The location was perfect-easy walk to the beach, at the tail end of Nags Head so we had the beach to ourselves, but still close enough to town that nothing was a far drive. The house was clean and had everything we needed, and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. Absolutley recommend and hope to visit again in the future!

Deeply relaxing week in South Nags Head

The house, it’s furnishings, and set-up are all very comfortable and most satisfactory for a beach cottage. The house itself has been exceptionally well maintained. The beach is across the road and a three minute walk away. Bring insect repellant for biting flies, which sometimes get blown into the beach by the wind. Awful critters.
