The room was clean and spacious, but there was no safe. Kind of hotel doesn’t have a safe so now I gotta leave jewellery and stuff lying around or will hide it and then what happens if something goes missing now The cleaner is going to be the first one getting blamed. Meanwhile, it could’ve been anyone. It’s just really stupid. They used to have safes in there, but they took them out for whatever stupid reason.

This is our go to hotel in Nanaimo. Parking is very good off-season. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Usually very quiet and a good sleep. We asked for a wake-up call but it didn't happen for some reason.

No high expectation but they came to do the room and only towels were changed and garbage done.No bed making, no floor cleaned and soap bars not replenished amount cups or silverware.Needs to pay more attention to details.Will stay next week again and will update if management do care about reviews.

The front desk staff were all very warm and welcoming, and the room was clean and modern. I'm not sure how busy the hotel was but I had no trouble getting a parking spot in the secure area. I was travelling alone and felt safe.
