2 Weeks in February

We spent two weeks at the beginning of February in North Naples at a charming 3 bedroom cottage about 1 mile from the beach. The house was very pleasant, located in a quiet neighborhood about 3 blocks from Tamiami Drive. The house’s open space plan contained a very comfortable living room with a large screen TV, dining room that accommodated 6 and kitchen with a large island. It was a comfortable communal space for our family group. The kitchen was furnished with all of the necessary dishes & utensils. We used the grill one night for dinner. The rear covered patio had a large dining table for 6, comfortable sofa and a TV. The adjacent pool was lovely and was surrounded by 4 lounge chairs. The morning and early afternoon sun hit most of the lounge chairs. The king bed in the Primary bedroom was very comfortable. The two other bedrooms were small and basic. We would have liked a few more dressers for clothes storage. The baths were small but were clean and updated. There was a nice hair dryer. We could have used more towels. The laundry room contained a washer & dryer that we used throughout our stay. We appreciated that there were 4 beach chairs, an umbrella including a number of large beach towels and a cooler for our use. They were all in good condition and we used them throughout our stay. It was the right combination of a beach experience and the enjoyment of the upscale restaurants and shopping of the charming town of Naples.

The property was just as expected. Very clean and inviting. We stayed 4 nights and it was always so quiet and peaceful. Absolutely loved the pool and appreciated the extra pool towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Location was central for all that we wanted to do in Naples.

Great family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a clean, comfortable place with a well-stocked kitchen for our Christmas family celebration. The neighborhood was quiet and walking/biking distance to the beach. The property is a close drive to grocery stores, shopping, and other amenities. We didn't use the pool area because Naples was experiencing record low temperatures, but it looked like a lovely space to spend time in warmer weather!

My husband and I had a nice time at this property. The outdoor space was awesome. Having the pool supplies was a very nice touch! The location was close to several of the places we wanted to go to; the neighborhood was mixed. There were nice houses and some properties that were run down mixed together. Overall, I’d say this was a positive experience.

Everything about this place was terrific. Very clean, very nicely decorated (my wife is Interior Designer and she loved it), clear, timely communication with owner & mgmt company, everything was in good working order and no odd odors or trying to cover up with bad air fresheners, etc. This place is elite and next time I need a VRBO in Naples area, this is will be my choice.

Perfect Family Getaway!

What a wonderful retreat for a family. This property is just as listed but better. What you can’t see until there are the thoughtful details-such as the pool toys, beach carts, beach towels, well supplied kitchen, bikes, Smart TV’s, great wifi, and all the areas to gather as a family in the house and outside. We were looking for quiet, relaxation in a private home and this was it. We enjoyed the pool and lanai-even on the day it rained we were able to sit outside under cover and read . The hedge in the front of the home gives the property a feeling of being away from it all but the convenience grocery stores and other shops as well as the beach all within a mile and a half couldn’t have been easier. Thanks for sharing this home with us. We definitely recommend a stay here.

Lovely Stay

The house was everything my family and I were looking for. The pool was amazing and the furniture was pleasantly comfortable. Everywhere we went was so close, it took us only a few minutes to get to our destinations. I definitely recommend staying at this vacation home!

Nice house, but..

The house had nice amenities such as gas bbq grill, nice pool, TVs ect. The house was being remodeled though. The front porch had wood pieces removed from columns and benches wich left exposed rusted nails. One of the bathrooms was being remodeled the day we checked in and the job was not completed. The plumber left the bottom faucet uninstalled. Also, the hot water had been turned off and was not turned back on. This hiccup made the whole family use one shower for the first night and with cold water, not to mentioned the water pressure was extremely low. The next day I contacted the manager in the morning. Did not get a reply until 3 hours later and the plumber finally arrived at 3 pm. Aside from this issue, we enjoyed our stay and the house overall.

Perfect place for our last minute vacation!

Great location, very clean and plenty of privacy. We had a short drive to the beach and the owners provided plenty of beach chairs a wagon and even toys for the kids. I highly recommend this house.

Perfect vacation home!

Possibly the most comfortable vacation rental I’ve stayed in! Plenty of space, a great pool and outdoor area with a grill! great kitchen, comfy bedrooms, great location! We were in town visiting family in the Lely area of Naples and I was worried that this being almost 30 mins North would be problematic, but I would book it again in heartbeat! The proximity to Whole Foods, the beach, downtown etc was perfect! And we fell in love with a coffee shop nearby (Narrative) that we frequented regularly, though the coffee offerings at the house were also great! We found some great food delivery options too! These owners thought of everything - bicycles in the garage for use, towels by the pool, all the amenities of a hotel with the extra comfort of privacy and space! We would recommend to anyone visiting southern FL! Thanks for the hospitality!!

Great location & pool

Overall we had a great time and the owner was wonderfully helpful when we had questions. Only issue was Vrbo message system was down many times.
