CONDO BY THE BEACH #2

This second story condo has been renovated and completed late December 2018. The property is located on the west side of Gulf Shore Blvd and located by the Naples Pier( to be rebuilt) and Beach.

This second story condo (has a common elevator) offers that Florida Feeling Vacation Vibe. One block to an easy access beach entrance and one block from wonderful shoppes and restaurants.

The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, and the secondary room offers 2 extra long twin beds that can be converted to a king sized bed as well.

The living room offers a quality queen sofa sleeper to provide more space for a comfortable night's rest.

Wonderful beach getaway!

This condo is our favorite place to stay in Naples! The location is perfect—just one block from the beach and about the same distance to several great restaurants and stores. You really can’t beat the convenience.The condo is comfortable and well-kept, and the owner is very responsive to any questions and attentive in ensuring we had everything we needed, and that check-in went smoothly.Overall, it made for another wonderful trip. Lovely apartment-perfect location

This unit is adorable and our communication with the owner made the entire process and stay seamless. It had everything we needed for a week at the beach without having to bring our own stuff. The location was close to the beach, shopping, and dining. Our family highly recommends it!

Quiet and safe neighborhood with a short walk to the beautiful beach, fine dining and exclusive shopping. Our VRBO was clean and well stocked— the property is exactly as pictured. Mary could not have been a more accommodating or kind host. The location of the condo was outstanding. It was clean, cute and quiet. Amazing Naples Weekend!

Can’t say enough about our stay at Mary’s unit. The decor, the comfort, the updates, the cleanliness and the location. Just great being one block from the beach and fighting for a parking spot. Mary was the absolute best host I have ever worked with on any rental platform. Highly recommend!

It's the best!!!

This was our second stay in this property. We tell everyone we chat with that it couldn't be more perfect. The owner was very responsive to our questions before booking. The decor is Floridian which sets you in vacation mode immediately. We love that we are able to walk everywhere. The newly renovated pool was an added surprise.

Old friends in Old Naples
