We had a wonderful stay here and really enjoyed Naples. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Serena was a brilliant host - friendly and extremely helpful. We had a slight problem with a noisy fridge but which she resolved quickly. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor in an old lovely, characterful property. There is a small lift which is useful for taking up luggage. The room was spacious and cleaned regularly by helpful staff. Breakfast is brought to your room from a bar downstairs and consists of a choice of hot drink, cold drink and a savoury or sweet snack. Location is safe and perfect for the old city and with a metro station about 7 minutes away

The check in time is 2pm, so we had to wait for the receptionist to come. We were a little surprised about the elevator and stairs, but that worked out fine. Dimora delle arti is a perfect place to explore Naples. Naples is a busy, lively city so when you are done with exploring the city, you want a hotel that is clean and where you can be at rest. It feels very homely. The rooms have airco that do their job very well. All in all, we had a great time at dimora delle arti.
