Family friendly 3/ 2 pool home in Briarwood Additional photo's coming soon

Our luxury family home is situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, (neighbors very friendly) within a gated community. Professionally furnished, the accommodation comprises a king size bed in the master suite, queen in bedroom 2 and in bedroom 3, two twin beds. The living room with a separate formal dining area seats 6 persons. The fully equipped kitchen also has a breakfast area seating for 4.
Outstanding features of our home is both the main suite and queen 2nd bedrooms and living room, kitchen area have patio doors leading onto the enclosed large patio/pool area, becomes the main living area for homes in Florida and with a totally private aspect is ideal for all meals, with seating for 6. This home does not offer garage access for guests.

Great house and location!

We really liked staying in this house in Briarwood. Spacious and clean with everything we needed. The pool was clean and well-kept. The backyard is private and looks out into the woods. The neighborhood is really nice and walkable. The house is within driving distance of all the beaches and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely property

Had a great three weeks+ staying at this spacious and comfortable home. The pool was kept nice and warm so we were able to enjoy even on chilly days. The location was great and around the block from two community pools, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, and a playground, so it was perfect for an active family with young kids. The owner promptly and thoroughly dealt with an electrical panel failure which cut off the hot water heater- no small feat considering we arrived - and the problem was discovered- on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! Overall, we could not have asked for a better experience for our children and ourselves.

Nice house but.......

The house was nice but because of a billing error and miscommunication between VRBO and the home owner we ended up paying 92 ÂŁ more than expected. The houses main attraction in the advertisement is the heated pool, however if you actually want it heated it costs an additional $15/ day.

Lovely positioned Villa

This Villa was lovely and clean, well equipped with everything you needed. Lovely pool with nobody looking into you. I will defo be back and certainly recommend this.

Great property in a great location

Loved our time staying near Naples. The property is well kept with all amenities that you could need, a home away from home. Loved the pool, very private and lots of birds, squirrels .The gated community is excellent and very well kept.The neighbours were very frendly.Had a great time enjoying coffee and cake on 5th Ave coffee shop, great for people watching .we saw the cutest dogs with hats on and one with sunglasses, how cute and so funny. Naples Pier is worth a visit and the beach is awesome, you need lots of drinks ,shade and seats.Weekends the beach can be very busy so you need to get there early to park.Loved our time there and great to go back to the villa and pool .

Comfortable and Clean Vacation Home

We had a wonderful stay March 19-26, 2016 at this vacation home. Perfect location for all of the Naples activities. It was great to have the heated pool with the lanai, we spent most of the week outside swimming and playing family games. The community pool is a bonus just to stretch you legs, a very nice walk from this home. The home is very well kept and exceptionally clean. Also has excellent family living space. The owners are wonderful to work with. This was our fourth visit to Naples and all in our family agreed, this is by far our favorite place to stay!

Home Away From Home

This home does not disappoint! We enjoyed the comfortable feeling and wonderful community. The pool and house are very well maintained and had everything promised and more. Owners are accommodating and helpful. They assisted with rental info for a crib for our little one and the home was clean and safe for our family. We'd definitely consider a return trip! Thanks for having us!
