Modern, minimal hotel that is centrally located. Staff were great especially Normanna who was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay.

Do not stay - very bad air quality and smells of toxins! We actually did not stay at this property longer than 30 minutes on our first reservation, we had to walk out after we arrived at the property (on another booking made through a separate platform a few days before) and found the property to be unsafe and unfit. There was construction going on and whether it was that or from an ongoing problem we don't know - but as soon as we arrived into the building two of us immediately had burning eyes, coughing, and trouble breathing. It smelled of mildew very heavily which points to a problem of a possible mold issue. We tried for half an hour to get the air conditioner working to see if that helped, but after the staff brought in a maintenance person they concluded that the AC was broken. There would be no way to clear the air in the room and there would be no relief from this problem. We walked out from that reservation and had to find accommodations elsewhere, so we would not return for the second booking. The property is refusing to give us a refund for the date on our return (it was scheduled for four days later but they would not let us cancel), however did give us a refund for the first visit that we walked out from.

Parfait pour visiter Naples

Hôtel très bien situé, proche de l'arrêt de métro du Duomo (linge 1). Personnel chaleureux et réactif, petit déjeuner suffisant, bonne literie et insonorisation. Petit plus : ça sent bon quand on rentre dans le hall
