Misrepresentation of services

Beautiful apartment with great views. However, there was no wifi, even though it was listed as having wifi. My work requires constant access to wifi, so instead of enjoying the great views, I had to spend the time in the back of Narooma Library using their wifi. The agent said they were 'aware of the problem' but 'thought that it had been fixed'. That simply is not good enough. They also told me that Telstra were working on it, but it would take three days to reboot. I called Telstra Tech Services, and they told me that was not true. So either the owner was lying to the agent, or Telstra was lying to the owner. Either way, it ruined our stay. We shall not return to Narooma.
