You will be close to everything in Nashville when you stay at this centrally-located, first-floor condo. No steps to get into this home! Enjoy your coffee on our private patio. TVs in Living Room + Bedroom. Pull-out couch in the living room. Only a short 2 mile Uber to Downtown & 1 mile to Vanderbilt. There is a Starbucks nearby as well. Enjoy a FREE parking spot. Washer/Dryer in the condo plus a fully stocked kitchen with seating for 5. Stay here for a comfortable, convenient & relaxing stay!

-3 Beds, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom (air mattress also available). Bedroom has a Queen plus Full size beds. Living room has a comfortable pull-out sofa.

Nestled just a few blocks from Midtown, near neighborhood attractions like Centennial Park and Marathon Village. Close to Vanderbilt, St. Thomas and Centennial Hospital. You’re also just minutes from local hot spots including The Gulch, Downtown, and Fifth + Broadway. Head to Starbucks for your morning coffee. Take a short Uber ride to Broadway, which is only 2 miles away.

You will have access to the entire condo to yourself.

Centrally-located! Only 2 miles to downtown and 1 mile to Vanderbilt.

FREE Parking spot. No car needed though as there are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts.

Keypad entry to this condo, so no need to keep up with keys or meet the host to access the condo.

The place was clean, nice and the host was Great. I had a family member in the hospital near by and needed a place last minute the host was so nice and accommodating. I will stay for future Nashville visit.

Spring Break in Nashville

We came for a hockey game and stayed here with our three boys! Spent three nights. This was a great location, close to everything, clean and great for a small family!

Cozy and Cute!!

First time in Nashville and we couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay! The area was perfect, it was walking distance to a coffee shop and a 10 min uber to downtown area. We all slept comfortably and it was a perfect amount of space for 5 girls! The lovely lady that owns this condo was great at communicating if we needed anything. Nothing to complain about, BOOK!!!

Amazing Condo!

We came to Nashville for a quick getaway. Accommodations were amazing. The location of the condo is in an area being redeveloped. I chatted with several locals in the area passing by walking their puppies. The parking area in the back of the condo is well lit and easily accessible. There is really a lack of air circulation in the bedroom. A ceiling fan would be a great addition to the space. If you need a fan, you might consider bringing one with you. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
