3 bedroom ranch on the pond, close to Downtown & Old Hickory Lake. Pool.

Cozy one story home overlooking neighborhood pond, enjoy sitting on the deck admiring the wildlife that pops up throughout the day. Extremely close to Old Hickory Lake(practically across the street) with Blue Turtle Bay Marina and Sam's Bar & Grill. Sam's is open year round and has indoor as well as outdoor dining and the marina has seasonal boat rental.

The house is between two major interstates, I-40 and I-65 and both get you downtown quickly. It will take approx. 20-30 minutes to arrive downtown, depending on time of day and events happening.

The Hermitage Golf Course is 5 minutes from the house and has 2 great courses to choose from, The President's Reserve & General's Retreat.

The Hermitage, home of president Andrew Jackson is only 4 miles away.

As for shopping, Opry Mills is only about 15-20 minutes away and is also the location for The Grand Ole Opry and the Conservatory. Additional shopping areas include Tanger Outlets, Green Hills Mall & Cool Springs Galleria and we only 8 miles from Percy Priest Lake & Dam(known for it's fishing) & Nashville Shores water park.

This comfortable house is complete with 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths. The master has an oversized soaking tub & king bed. The two additional bedrooms each have a queen size bed and in the living room is a queen sleeper sofa.

For parking, the driveway can accommodate 2-3 vehicles(depending on size). No garage access.

There is a community pool(only open Memorial weekend - Labor Day weekend), tennis court & basketball court and the house backs up to the neighborhood pond. There is a grocery store and a few fast food restaurants in the immediate area. 5 Agaves Mexican restaurant is right outside of the neighborhood entrance as well as Nash Dogs, Tavern at the village and Dose coffee & sandwich shop and Old Hickory Pizza & Pub nearby.

We went to the colts vs titans game and wanted a place close. Plenty of room, clean, grill, deer, and great fishing out of the pond. Dad caught a 5.5 lb large mouth. My dad and son had a great time. If we do this trip again we will be back!

Overall a great plaxe to stay

The property was just as pictured! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. My family loved having the pond right out the back door to be able to fish. The neighborhood pool was a nice size and very clean. The subdivision was very quiet and safe. Would highly reccomend, especially for families!

Longer stay needed

We had a wonderful time. Its hard to summarize which was the best part, as we enjoyed fishing in the pond just as much as swimming in the pool. Relaxation was the key. The only downfall, it was not long enough. A longer stay was needed!

This property was exactly as advertised by the owner. Everything was what we expected and even better. Very well kept and the area was very nice. I walked through the neighborhood and found the local residents very friendly. People would say hello and wave, not what I am used to where I am from. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Get away weekend
