12 South is a leafy residential neighborhood known for its bungalow style homes , It has fine dinning restaurants stylish designer boutiques and stores with vintage wares . It has a park and in season Farmers market and the iconic "I Believe in Nashville " mural . It is one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Nashville. Comfortable stay in a great location

This is located in the HEART of an adorable Nashville neighborhood with a variety of restaurants and shops. Even though the units are directly above a restaurant, the bedroom was quiet. I would stay here again in a minute.

Great location in Nashville

I would definitely stay at this condo again on a visit to Nashville! The location in the middle of the action in the 12 South area is perfect. It was so nice to just walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Despite being right above a restaurant, we weren’t bothered by noise in the bedroom at the opposite end of the unit. The unit was very clean and comfortable too. A great visit!

The location was perfect and the restaurant downstairs was amazing. The place was very clean but the ceiling had foundation cracks throughout apartment. The flooring foundation leading to the balcony is separating as well. The sink in the bathroom also was leaking and spraying out by last day there.
