12 South is a leafy residential neighborhood known for its bungalow style homes , It has fine dinning restaurants stylish designer boutiques and stores with vintage wares . It has a park and in season Farmers market and the iconic "I Believe in Nashville " mural . It is one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Nashville. We are home to Reece Witherspoons store Draper James , and Holly Williams store Whites Mercantile . Great little getaway!

Really enjoyed our stay in 12 South! Property was very clean, comfortable and had great amenities for my husband and I. Downtown Nashville is so busy and this area is AWESOME if you're done with the crazy bar scene. All restaurants, shops and bars are fantastic and so walkable. Highly recommend and will definitely try to stay again on our next visit!

Beautiful, comfortable, quiet & safe stay!! I was by myself to visit my son at Belmont. I loved being in the middle of restaurants & good shopping and also having the ability to walk to campus. Perfect location. Will choose to stay here again!
