The staff was very nice. I was disappointed that the website indicated that the hotel provided a shuttle within a three mile radius but that was not true. In fact I was told they have never had a shuttle service. The website indicates there is a restaurant and a free breakfast. No breakfast and it did not look like the restaurant was available either. The hotel was nice, staff was great and it was clean. However the reason we booked there was for the shuttle service and the complimentary breakfast. Maybe the website needs to be updated.

Front desk Staff were great, no issues. Housekeeping was hit or miss but got better. The shower was full of black mold in between the floor tiles. There is no free breakfast. The shuttle is not free. I'll be staying elsewhere next time

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. That made our stay pleasant. The hotel was clean inside, but the grounds surrounding it not so much. This part of town is kind of sketchy. But for the price it was good.

The wifi was inadequate for me to get certain work done on gmail. Email is now integral to most work, and wifi that isn't adequate for gmail to load is not good enough!

I had an unexpected layover in Nashville. The Courtyard was selected because of my familiarity with this this Marriott chain. The check in staff was pleasant and welcoming. Easy to check in. The room was comfortable. This Courtyard is a little worn but still clean.
