Welcome to your home away from home in East Nashville! This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom (plus bonus room with separate entrance!) retreat is perfect for groups, families, or business travelers. Enjoy the large backyard with a fire pit, a bonus room with a bar, and easy access to everything Nashville has to offer!

I tend to take a hands off approach as the space is totally yours. However, if you need anything, I am quick to respond via Airbnb and someone is always nearby in case of emergency.

This home is located minutes from all Nashville has to offer. A quick Uber to Downtown or Nissan Stadium, with multiple dining, coffee or drink options a short walk away.

You will be messaged a door code a day before check in.

Nashville visit

Went to Nashville for our granddaughter’s first birthday. We had a great stay at Eric’s place and would highly recommend. He was very responsive whenever we had questions/concerns. Also gave helpful information on restaurants. We hope to rent again from Eric. The neighborhood was pleasant and easy to walk around. Only about a mile or so from every convenience you could want or need.

My company was in Nashville to attend a convention. Me, my husband and coworkers stayed in the home and it met all our needs. The home was cleaned and well stocked. Communication with Eric was easy he answered almost immediately. We will be returning next year for the same convention I hope this property is still available.

Excellent property for groups and great location between downtown and Music Valley.

This home is spacious and very clean. The location is excellent for exploring all of the fun things in Nashville. I would highly recommend this property for groups. We had 9 in our party and the home was a great place for resting and getting ready for the day.
