Room was dank smelling, I could here quest through the walls during the night that kept me awake. The parking lot directly in front of my room was flooded. I checked out after the first night and the motel still charged me for a weeks stay and they charged my card again for another night a week later. Crooks.

Pictures were way outdated. Run down. Was accused by staff for having a pet and we had not even unpacked our luggage before receiving the nasty text threatening to charge for the invisible pet we had . Extremely rude. Duane to be exact

The clerk wasn't very knowledgeable about procedure regarding adapting to polishes for addressing inconveniences caused by establishment. After three attempts, we were assigned a room without our requested amenities. Room had no working phone- no jack; mini fridge on ueven shelf; 2beds only 1cup; dangerously warped floor as you entered toom. Upon check out, clerk had a mouth full of sunflower seeds during the entire process. Needless to say we will NOT be patronizing this location in the future.

Rooms smelled like cigarettes so bad. The bathroom door knob didn’t turn everytime so we would get stuck in the bathroom repeatedly. Microwave door was broke and when you try to open it would start the microwave. I had 2 rooms in my name and my friends husband was able to got get a key by just using my name. On the plus side , we felt safe in the area. Heater and AC worked well but it made the cigarette smell worse. Beds and pillows weren’t horribly uncomfortable. Price was right for room/ very comparable to a Motel 6 .

The tv in our room was broken, it had black lines going done the screen and only 6 channels came in. The drain in the shower didn’t stay up we had to stuff a bar of soap under it to get the water to drain and there was a cigarette burn on the desk chair

Although I had booked almost a month in advance and completed my pre-arrival check in enroute to my destination, when I arrived at the hotel, they had given my confirmed booking room away to another traveler. Being that I am handicapped and the facility only had a room available on the second floor (NO elevator), I attempted to contact my booking agency but while on hold on the telephone, the manager cancelled my booking before I had a chance to try to make other arrangements. I was 500 miles from home and it was after 10 PM when I arrived, I needed to rest but didn't have a confirmed place to stay. This facility is a piece of crap and shouldn't be allowed to solicit reservations from any source.
