Expedia let us down with this hotel. We rely a lot on Expedia's expertise and experience with verifying hotel credentials. They failed with this hotel! So many things were wrong. This hotel does not deserve a good rating. At check-in, they entered our card information incorrectly which locked out our card for the next 24 hours. For room amenities, the website stated this room has a coffee/tea maker, cookware, dishware, utensils. There were none of these things in the room. There weren't even any hangers. There was a rack for hangers, but no hangers! The hotel On-the-go breakfast was supposed to last until 9:30am, but they ended it at 9:00am. This is a pet friendly hotel that wasn't supposed to have a fee according to the website, but we were charged additional fees. Which is extremely frustrating because this is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The WiFi wasn't working when we checked into our room and remained off for quite a while. The next day, WiFi went off again for a longer period. There are more things, but too much to list. This is by far the worst hotel experience we've encountered.
