This thoughtfully designed bungalow features a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living spaces, and high-speed internet for seamless connectivity, ensuring your comfort and convenience.

A cozy coffee spot, Makai, and Smoothie King are just a block away. Within a short drive or a leisurely 10-15 minute walk, you'll discover fantastic restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Some of our favorite spots in Edgehill include Barcelona and Sadie’s. Walk in the other direction and you'll find yourself in the heart of the 12th South neighborhood, with gems like Lady Bird Tacos, Fonda, The Buttermilk Ranch, and Burger Up.

◆ The shared backyard is not fully fenced, and there is no direct access to the backyard from the bungalow.
◆ While lovingly renovated, this older home retains its charming quirks.
◆ The interior design underwent a complete refresh in April 2024.
