Second time here. Love this location as well as the property. Everything is clean, staff is fabulous! Hint- electric plugs are on the side of the bedside tables! We will always stay at the Centric when in Nashville!!

It was wonderful staying at Hyatt centric during the thanksgiving. The property manager and the service was at the top and we had wonderful time exploring Nashville while staying here. Breakfast was premium. We loved it!! 😊

It was very clean, quiet with beautiful view but the hidden costs called “destination taxes/fees” are not known until checkout. Between these and the city taxes charged, it was an additional $70 dollars per night.

The front desk staff were so welcoming and informative. The room staff texted us asking if we needed anything because we left the do not disturb sign out all day. I normally do that as I don't need cleaning after only one night. We asked for bottle water and they came within 5 minutes. If you are considering a stay, the location couldn't be better. 1 to 2 blocks from honky tonks, stadiums and museums.

Charged $60 a day for parking, if staying in downtown, don't rent a car, use Uber or Lyft. The parking prices are ridiculous.
