Great Property

The property was located very close to downtown. It was a short Uber ride. The neighborhood this property is located in is also very convenien, there were several choices for coffee in the mornings and various choices for dining all within walking distance. The property was well kept and clean. The owners were easy to communicate with and responsive. The only downside to this property for me, was it was right next door to a lounge/club which had live music until 3AM, so it was rather noisy at night and into the early morning hours.

Great launching point for everything in Nashville

Great launching point for anything you want to do in a Nashville if you don’t want to be in or near Broadway. Host was very communicative and offered some terrific suggestions.the accommodations are exactly as you see them . Only negative would be the loud music from neighboring establishments that went well into the early hours. Would come back though in a heartbeat

Perfect 4th of July spot!

This house was perfect for what we wanted. We wanted to be able to see the 4th of July fireworks from our own private rooftop and this home delivered! The location is still up and coming. You can tell. But with time I’m sure it will become a more desirable area to stay in. I would certainly stay with this host again! Thank you for a wonder home and easy stay! Minor recommendations: I would like to see a few more pots in the kitchen (there was only 1 super small one and one really large one) and dish towels as well as pot holder (I looked everywhere and didn’t locate these items).

We had a very good experience here. The home and surrounding areas were safe and enjoyable. Check out the Hemingway bar “Ernest” close by for a good drink and good food. Thanks for the enjoyable stay.

Perfect place to explore Nashville

House is beautiful with high-end furnishings and great attention to detail. Hosts were great and everything was easy, smooth and convenient. The neighborhood is the perfect place to explore Nashville - there are restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a brewery and cidery all withing very short walking distance and all the main spots (Broadway/12 South/Germantown/East Nashville, etc.) are all a short drive away. The rooftop deck is exquisite. Do not hesitate to book!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed this property and had a great time in Nashville. One downfall is a bar right in the parking lot next-door is very loud and open very late into the a.m. so if you like to go to bed early and be up early this may be difficult. We also really enjoyed the open air top deck to relax after our daily events.

50th birthday for wife

Place was great for us. Three couples. The restaurant right behind us was one of the best steaks my friend has ever had. Our downfall was we had quite a bit of things Downtown and instead of renting a vehicle we Ubered and spent quite a bit of money. But great spot we had no regrets on location!

Gem of a Property for Everyone

We were in town for a family wedding and found out too late that our hotel accommodations weren't up to par for my parents. Enter John + Emily and this close-to-everything designer dream of a rental within walking distance to distilleries, art galleries and the most addictive bakery! They saved us - truly. The look and feel of a 5 star luxe resort, but large enough for your entire family, a 10 minute ride to downtown Nashville, and the most kind and responsive hosts around! Why haven't you booked this yet?!! Beautiful, close to all, very clean + great communication. It's the only place we'll ever stay in Nashville.

Beautiful home

The decor is impecable. Absolutely gorgeous and clean. The place gives a very high end "homey" feel compared to others we have stayed at. The Nashville skyline view from the rooftop deck is stunning. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on while on vacation. We didn't have any garbage bags upon arrival, so I messaged the property manager and received a reply and apology right away. Within the hour, someone stopped by with a roll. There is a cute restaurant/bar within a stones through and a brewery which were nice to have close by. The only things I would recommend changing would be the landscaper was outside mowing, weed whacking and blowing at 6 am. A bit too early. The bedrooms have very nice and sheik blinds, but they don't keep out any light in the mornings. Overall, I would highly recommend. We went with 3 other couples and we all had our own space. Absolutely beautiful home!!

It's Perfect

I wouldn't change a thing about this place. It's perfect. The beds are super comfortable, one of the bedroom suites is on the first floor while the others are on the third which creates ample privacy. The living area is so comfortable and lit with the natural light from the big windows that I could relax there for days on end. There are several breweries within walking distance which was awesome when not everyone from the group wanted to venture our. During our stay we spent some time on Broadway, did a brew tour, ventured out to printers alley, watched live music at the Listening Room (which is a must check out venue) and had some amazing meals at different places around the area. Everything we did and wanted to do was a short uber ride away. I'll absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in Nashville, which will be soon.

Great stay in emerging neighborhood!

The property was perfect - and exactly as pictured in the listing. The rooftop was a great place to hang and plenty of space for relaxation inside as well. The neighborhood was super cool too, definitely up-and-coming but within walking distance to great cocktail bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend!
