**PLEASE NOTE: this townhome is next to an active train track, some noise from the train is to be expected. Do not leave children outside unattended in this area. We provide sound machines for light sleepers. Also, this home has a lot of stairs in it. We do not provide propane for the gas fireplace.

Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. This is monitored with outside cameras by a security company. We do not allow locals to book.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

All pets must be approved in advance of your booking. We have a $125 pet fee. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.
