Please park only in the gravel strip in front of the three small windows to the left of the garage doors. Free street parking is also available.
No smoking or vaping inside the residence or near the front door.
While there are no restrictions on coming and going, outside noise and partying on deck must end at 10:00pm as a courtesy to our neighbors.
