The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials, including a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove, toaster, and ample cookware, dishes, and utensils. We had a great stay. We felt very much at home. Clean home with lots of room. We had 6 women in our group so having the 3 bathrooms was great. Great host! Two nice grocery stores close by, close to a few neighboothood restaurants and 15 minutes from downtown Nashville. Recommend staying at this property.

We reserved this house for my family while my wife attended professional conference nearby. The who region was impacted by a severe winter storm so we were unable to travel there due to extended power outages. James offered a refund and was helpful in that process.

The location had easy access to the highway. Close to the wedding venue - Ganesha temple. More than sufficient space for 3 couples and one 3 year old. More than enough parking for two cars. Very clean and comfortable.

Nice house and great location

My husband had surgery at Vanderbilt and we need to hang around town for a few days. House was very comfortable and there was a Publix and Target less than 1/2 mile down the road. Close to I40 so gettting around was easy. Would recommend.

Daughters 21st Birthday

We came as a family to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. I cannot believe she is that old and she had a blast. She picked the master suite, which was huge with a big beautiful bathroom. The location was perfect about 15 minutes from downtown. The home was beautiful and warm, much bigger than I anticipated. I can’t believe that this is a four bedroom and 3 bathroom home. It was decorated beautifully and was modern. I am home I would want to live inJames and Caroline were awesome hosts.

Truly enjoyed our stay here. The house is sneaky big with plenty of room for the 4 people I hosted. The place was spotless with plenty of off street parking and getting downtown was easy.

Great location!

Great location for the things we wanted to do. Easy check in and check out. The driveway was challenging to navigate with three vehicles but we made it work. Overall house was very clean with the exception of the towel cabinet in the back bathroom. Lots of lint on shelves that should have been cleaned. Would have been nice to have a couple of extra towels. Would recommend staying here
