This hotel is very old with little to no updates…. We were in a room close to a door and all night we heard people walking in and out. Also: the room across from us was empty and the door handle was missing, appeared to be under repair.

My reservation was for a room with 2 QUEEN BEDS. I was given two double beds. Had I known this was going to happen I never would have booked here. Two doubles are not big enough for adults to comfortably share after a car trip thru multiple states. Very disappointed . Ad also shows they have an outdoor pool and it clearly hasn't been operational in a while. Not worth the $125 spent. ESPECIALLY when getting two double beds when I requested queens

We had a great stay. The location is great and was very quiet and safe. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was great. Only a quick drive to downtown Nashville. We would definitely stay again!

This hotel was far nicer than we expected for the price. Beds are comfortable and the breakfast is quite robust. The handicapped accessible room was not quite as accessible as we expected or hoped. It had a standard toilet rather than a raised one and a tub with a bench rather than a walk in shower with a bench. If you are looking for an accessible room, be sure to ask questions about what you need before you book. If accessibility is not an issue, this is an affordable and comfortable place to stay.

When we checked in and got to our room I noticed it was a two double bed room instead of the queen room I paid for. I went back to the desk and the receptionist kept saying she couldn't do anything because all they had were double rooms. We then get a call while coming back to the hotel and said they tried to reach us and stop by the desk but didn't tell me why. When we got there, she apologized and said that she has checked us in wrong because of two guests with the same last name. We moved to the queen room and thanked her. However, more problems came once in the room. Our door did not seem secure, there was a very large gap at the bottom of the door where lots of light was coming in and the door could easily be pushed when closed. The TV would never get off the join WiFi screen saying it was trying to join. You could hear the show on the television but only saw an Internet error page overlaying it. The air conditioner....one it seemed to never come on. We had it set to 65° and we were constantly sweating and having to sleep outside the covers. Two, when it did come on, it sounded like a tornado and siren was coming through and woke us up and only stayed on for a few minutes before it was off again for over an hour. The cheaply attached to the wall headboard squeaked all night like it was trying to come off the wall and kept me awake for the majority of the night. I truly never write a negative review about a hotel because there is usually more good than bad but not here.

Affordable, convenient.

Very clean, friendly staff. Bed a little stiff but not uncomfortable. I had a first floor end of the hallway room, near the back door which is perfect for taking my dog out to walk/ potty. The door didn’t latch closed though, which is a safety concern. But I was comfortable there and in the area. The shower was clean which is a bonus!
