Room 215 was in good condition. Check-in & check-out were easy. This property needs to enforce its pet policy by not allowing guests with dogs to leave them unattended in rooms to bark continuously annoying other guests. The rooms are not very soundproof either. There is no scheduled room cleaning on weekends per desk staff.

We requested maid service twice never received for a 7 day stay, had to go get towels, toilet paper, etc ourselves. Did not serve breakfast on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day when we needed the most. The breakfast bar was constantly out of food or utensils and I would knock on door to get service in sign language as she did not speak English. Poor service.

Room was spacious and clean. Delicous breakfast buffet. A lot of places to eat around hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful! This is our second time staying at this hotel( stayed 2 yrs ago) and will definitely be back. Free parking and wifi. The damage deposit is only $10.
