Summary:
The interstate is very close to give easy access to Nashville. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the coziness, and it is in a great location for Goodlettsville. If you are wanting to visit Goodlettsville, it is going to be hard to find a place in a better spot. This is a very old home. This is a dry roof over your head with comfortable beds. We do what we can to be of very best service for our guests. This house is pretty old and does need updating. That is slowly coming along.

Note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID to pass through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airb nb guests). A maximum of 3 pets are allowed in the property but we charge a nonrefundable pet cleaning fee of $200 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 10 PM CT to address your questions. For any food deliveries, Shipt will deliver them all to you. Normal sleeping capacity is 8 but we allow up to a maximum of 10 guests per reservation. We charge an Additional Guest Fee of $15 per person per night for the 9th and 10th guests. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability. Late Check-out Fee policy

Two guys I work with and I stayed here for about 40 days while we were in town for work. It's an older house but worked great for us. Price is fair.

I have not problem with the property. It was old and the bathroom needed upgrading.
My overall complaint was with the property management. They made it very difficult to get up with them. I was able to get through via phone and was told that they were to busy at the time but that someone named Anna would be calling me back. She never called back. On the day of arrival, I still had no check in information as of 12:30PM. They told me it was supposed to be sent automatically and that someone would be back with me. No one ever called back. Finally, I was able to get through by phone and talked to a young man who was able to text me the information. I received the information at 2:46PM, 14 minutes before I was supposed to check in. If I had not called, I would not have been able to check in. Very poor property management company. We were there for a fishing trip, so the property was sufficient for what we were doing, but we would not have had our wives or children stay there.

Horrible
Floors were filthy (May have been swept, but definitely not mopped). Air conditioners were left on leaving the whole place damp and musty. Pictures online were obviously not up to date. Flooring in large bathroom was peeling up and should have been replaced several years ago. Hardwood flooring in kitchen is separating and never was put in correctly. The only good things about the house is the fridge worked and the TVs are nice. I wouldn’t have any family or friends over because I was too embarrassed that we had rented such a crappy place. If I were a college student and just needed a place to crash, maybe it would be ok. But not for a family or an older couple.

needs updating and maintenance things fixed
it is in a nice quiet location. close to things to do owner quick to respond to us. the house itself needs some fixing up.. electrical outlets in 1 bathroom were taped off. no outlets in 1 of the bedrooms. only 1 outlet in kitchen that worked near the sink not gfi protected. general maintenance on bathroom flooring. bottom of doors are rotting major gap at bottom leaving open gaps to outside allowing bugs to get in and there was a cockroach in the house.

Great Budget Location
Short drive to downtown. If you want a budget friendly location this is a perfect spot.
