If you listen closely you can hear the sound of “Family Tides” from your wonderfully furnished 9th floor balcony, overlooking the sugary white beaches of Navarre. This one bedroom, one and a half bath condo has a fully equipped kitchen as well as a stackable washer and dryer. This vacation rental comfortably sleeps a family of 6 by utilizing the space to its maximum capacity. A sleeper sofa is included in the main living area adjacent to the balcony, as well as Bunk beds in the Alcove in the main hallway. The master bedroom features a comfortable King mattress and the blue walls complement the rest of the interior, ensuring a comfortable night of sleep. The bathroom offers a shower and tub combo which would accommodate all guests. From a view of the sandy white beach to the beautiful emerald waters, this unit features a completely unique fishing themed dĂ©cor that is sure to touch the heart of any angler, located just a “cast away” from the Navarre Beach Fishing pier – The longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico. Don't get spooled, and let this awesome unit off the hook! Book Summerwind 902E today and "reel in the fun!" **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

Beautiful views and great location. The hot tub and pools were nice. Clean with minimal amenities. There was a starter pack with dish soap and 2 laundry pods. Keep in mind you need one of each for check-out tasks. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms. I messaged mgmt and was told I could go to the office for some, but we were away from the building during office hours so we bought some. One toilet stopped working. The office staff was very helpful and put in a work order, but it was not fixed by the next day when we left.

The condo was perfect for us. Right next to Navarre fishing pier and great views from our balcony. Very close for our travels to Destin and Pensacola. Would definitely return and recommend.
Start of the fishing pier. We enjoyed the walk, view, dolphins and of course the fishing.

This is a great little spot! The only hiccup was the code I was given to get into the unit didn’t work, but that was quickly resolved with one phone cal. Then maintenance followed up to make sure I gained access! Looking to stay here again in the fall of 2025!

Annual beach goer.

I visit the gulf coast each year. I end up staying in a different condo each time. Of all the condos I’ve stayed at, this seemed to be one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in. It was very comfortable and it’s in a good location. The only negative I would say is that this condo is past due for some pillow upgrades. Otherwise this condo was a wonderful experience.

Great condo, close to the pier, the middle pool was heated and that was perfect for the kids as it was a little chilly. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Looking forward to a return trip in May.

Best yet

My granddaughter & I went on my 1st ever beach trip in 2021 and have continued every summer except now I take 2 of them (ages 9 & 10 this time). This has by far been our favorite place to stay! Excellent place to stay with kids due to security & lifeguard presence. Only suggestion would be to keep store open later.

Beautiful

Beautiful place. Friendly staff. They went above and beyond when we had an issue with the bathtub not draining properly and an issue with the washing machine. Overall a fantastic visit! We absolutely didn’t want to leave!!!!
