Located a short drive from Wintergreen's slopes, dining, and attractions, our retreat provides proximity to the Appalachian Trail at your doorstep. Hiking enthusiasts can explore the Blue Ridge Parkway's finest trails just 15 minutes away. Within a 30-minute drive, discover over a dozen wineries, breweries, and distilleries, immersing you in the region's best.

**Main Level:**
- Relax in the family room with a generous seating arrangement and a cozy gas fireplace.
- BR1: Luxurious master bedroom featuring a private bathroom, custom cabinets, folding twin mattress and an inviting fireplace.

Find the charging cable, complete with a Tesla adapter, neatly stored in the laundry room for your convenience. Your eco-friendly stay just got even more convenient.

Park with ease, as our spacious driveway accommodates 5-6 cars comfortably. Unwind indoors with an array of board games and puzzles provided for your entertainment.

Rest easy knowing the house is equipped with outdoor security cameras. In the summer, take a refreshing dip in either of the two outdoor community pools – Chestnut Springs pool on the Mountain and Rodes Farm Pool in the Valley open from Memorial Day- Labor Day, accessible for guests from 2-6pm. They allow 6 guests per property. Your retreat is designed for a truly memorable and enjoyable stay.

We've stocked the essentials for your convenience – dishwasher detergent and trash bags are at your disposal. Additionally, find first aid kit tucked away in the pantry, while every bathroom is equipped with body wash and hand soap.

Check in was easy, house/ kitchen were well stocked, beds were comfy, Wi-fi was easy to access. Hot tub was a hit for all ages! Lots of bed configurations made it easy for our adult kids with children to spread out. The deck was a lovely place to hang out. Nice wooded lot; felt very private. Hiking trail nearby was a treat. Really appreciated how easy it was to contact the host and property handyman who quickly responded to our minor needs. We had a great stay (a whole week!) and highly recommend! We were a group of 10 adults and 4 littles, 6 and under

Perfect escape for a family reunion

Excellent house. Very comfortable with great options - hot tub, sauna, pool table. We especially liked the hiking trails that are just off the driveway. Everything was exactly as it was described and the host was very prompt to answer all questions and address any issues.

Weekend Cabin Getaway

Cozy cabin, good proximity to ski resort and nearby attractions. Also, host was very nice, easy to work with and flexible. Driveway is a little tight, so try to carpool if you’re bringing more than 4-5 cars. Tesla charger was also very helpful.

Beautiful house with a great location!

This was our first trip to Wintergreen with a group of 16 friends and this house was perfect. It was a beautiful location with easy access to the slopes and other Wintergreen resort activities. The wiring/heating in the basement was a little off but the owner responded quickly to our concerns with how to make everything work the best. Would stay here again!

This house fit our extended family needs perfectly. Four families together over the winter holiday with plenty of room and things to keep us occupied

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mountain View Retreat! Just a short drive from the slopes and beautiful scenery. This house was perfect for our large group, clean and spacious. The game room and hot tub were such a great amenity to keep everyone entertained. Shilpa was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Fun family weekend

So enjoyed our weekend stay in Wintergreen. There was something for everyone from pool to darts, hot tub to sauna and an enclosed bubble of heat around the outdoor seating on the deck overlooking the great expanse of woods and blue sky. A wonderful weekend of skiing and golf! Truly a fun few days!

Great hospitality

The house was in good shape. Had lots of things to do along with cool features. Check sheet for checkout was super easy. Their customer service and hospitality was the best I’ve seen so far. They couldn’t have been easier to get along with. Great stay for sure! Would highly recommend this house to others!
