A perfect place to relax and discover Nerja and the surrounding area, Chimenea A1E is a cosy two-bedroom apartment with large balcony offering views of the coast and mountains.
Situated in the same peaceful residential area as our Chimenea villas (Villa El Paraiso, Villa Las Brisas, Villa Azalea and Villa Dos Ardillas) above Burriana Beach, our three Chimenea apartments are in a lovely complex with large communal pool and secure parking. The apartments are a 500 metre walk down to Burriana Beach with its many bars, shops and restaurants and a 30-minute walk or 5-minute drive to the historic centre of Nerja and the famous BalcĂłn de Europa. There is a bus stop directly in front of the apartments with a regular local bus service. There are supermarkets within a short drive or 10 minute walk.
The apartment has an open plan dining and living area with French windows opening out to the large balcony with outside table for al fresco dining and a separate kitchen. There is a large, airy king-size double bedroom and another bedroom with twin single beds. From this bedroom you can access another rooftop terrace situated on top of the apartment. The apartment has a large family bathroom with bathtub and over bath shower.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The apartment also has a garage in the secured, underground car park. The communal pool is 10m x 4m with depths 0.9m to 1.4m, is surrounded by large terraces and is open year-round.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of MĂĄlaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Nerja has a great network of public transport â or you can hire a car to discover the area at your own pace.
Nice apartment in walking distance to Burriana beach. Well equipped and sufficient soace for four guests. Private parking in garage is convenient. Private roof terrace and common swimming pool is available.

Lovely stay
We had stayed in the area before so knew where we were going. Accommodation was great and staff at Nerja Paradise Rentals were polite, friendly and helpful with easy check in instructions and good communication. Would recommend.

Lovely apartment / holiday
Great service from the team at Nerja Paradise Rentals. They phoned me two days before we arrived checking I had all the information I needed prior to arrival which I thought was a nice touch. The apartment was exactly as described and the photos were recent and represented the apartment. The apartment was very clean. I messaged once just asking where the BBQ was located as one was mentioned in the information book, and the next day a new BBQ was delivered â excellent service. If you go up on the roof of the apartment from the balcony in the second bedroom you can get a great view of the sunset. The roof terrace has huge potential. The garage is also a nice bonus if you have a hire car as you donât have to worry about finding a parking space on the road. Thank-you for an enjoyable holiday.
The second bedroom could have air conditioning. It was fine in September without but could be hot in the summer. Maybe most guests renting are couples and 4 people donât stay often in the apartment so the second bedroom is seldom used.
There is some building work going on nearby. We were always up by 8AM, but Monday â Friday at 8AM the crane started. There is nothing that can be done about it, and Iâm sure the crane will be gone soon!
