Villa Rosamar Nerja by Ruralidays

Holiday house for 6 people in Nerja, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

With an avant-garde design and very modern decoration, this newly built villa has all the comforts to spend a dream vacation.

Its location and orientation make it very sunny and bright. From its exteriors and terraces we can enjoy beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The accommodation, which is distributed over two floors. The ground floor comprises a fully equipped modern kitchen, with access to the terrace with an outdoor dining room, a living room with TV, and a charming toilet.
On this floor there is also the master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace with magnificent views.

On the second floor, we find two bedrooms, both with two single beds each and a bathroom with a shower.

The house also has a porch on the outside with a dining table for eating outside next to the pool, where there is also a barbecue and fabulous views of the sea.

The entire villa is furnished and equipped so that you don't miss anything on your vacation.

Perfect!!!

The stay was as expected. The house and the pool where as described, everything was very clean. There was even a cleaning service for the sheets and towels. Special thanks to Veronica, who was very helpful and usually responded within minutes to all our questions via whatsapp. We will definitely come back in the future.

The property was exactly as described, the only negative was the hazard tape on all the steps inside an out as its such a lovely sleek modern Villa but I do understand why they feel they need to do this. Its a real sun trap with sun all day and is in a great location for visiting the town. Slightly overlooked but from a distance so did not bother us. We would stay again.

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal in dieser Villa übernachtet, die für unsere Gruppe (6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) großartig war. Idealerweise braucht man ein Auto oder Taxi, um in die Stadt zu gelangen, aber das wussten wir schon bei der Buchung. Preisgünstige, saubere, moderne Villa mit allen notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten und einem fantastischen Außenbereich mit Pool und Sonnenliegen.

Absolut empfehlenswert!! Wir waren fasziniert von der modernen Einrichtung und der Lage des Hauses. Es liegt in einer Nachbarschaft umgeben von anderen Häusern, jedoch waren die Nächte ruhig und abseits des Turmismus der Strände. Der nächste Strand liegt nicht weit entfernt, jedoch haben wir ein paar Geheimtipps vom Vermieter bekommen und haben so auch noch andere Ecken zu sehen bekommen. In Nerja findet man alles was man für einen Aufenthalt im Haus benötigt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Ablauf mit der Agentur und spärere Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief einwandfrei. Vielen Dank für einen wirklich gelungenen Aufenthalt!

We had an absolutely nice stay and enjoyed so much our time in this stunning villa. Came here with my family and was a little concerned first because of the corona virus but had no problems at all concerning that. The owners are very nice people and cleaning and disinfection is guaranteed by them which you immediately see when entering the villa. We sepnt most of our time on the terrace with pool and barbecue and the kids loved it. Would love to come back if the current situation allows to.

Wir hatten einen absolut schönen Aufenthalt und haben unsere Zeit in dieser atemberaubenden Villa sehr genossen. Kam mit meiner Familie hierher und war zuerst ein wenig besorgt wegen des Corona-Virus, hatte aber überhaupt keine Probleme damit. Die Besitzer sind sehr nette Leute und die Reinigung und Desinfektion wird von ihnen garantiert, was Sie sofort beim Betreten der Villa sehen. Wir verbrachten die meiste Zeit auf der Terrasse mit Pool und Grill und die Kinder waren begeistert. Würde gerne wiederkommen, wenn die aktuelle Situation es erlaubt.
