Room was clean and comfortable, my only complaint is that Expedia listed the room as soundproof and that was not the case, at 6:00-6:30 Am the prayer speaker felt like it was right outside our room which had a terrace.

We visited for our honeymoon, and we truly had an amazing experience. They prepared a lovely celebratory cake for us and warmly welcomed us from the moment we were picked up at the airport. Our main purpose was to ride a hot-air balloon, and they helped us with the reservation and kept us updated at all times, including informing us when the flight had to be canceled due to bad weather. Their hospitality was exceptional. Thanks to them, we were able to enjoy the perfect honeymoon.

We absolutely loved our stay at Carus Cappadocia, and would love to come back. The rooms were cozy and luxurious, and we loved the extra touches like exfoliating mitts, bathrobes, and ceramic espresso cups. The hotel staff were very helpful and arranged a few bookings for us, and even sent a cab to pick us up after a short hike. We concluded that the terrace has the best view in town, from enjoying morning coffee with a kitten to wine by the fire at night. Five stars!!

We stayed at the Carus Cappadocia for one night on our visit to the area. The hotel is built into a cave. Our room was comfortable and the service was good. The Turkish Breakfast they serve has so many choices. It was fresh and good. The hotel is close to the minaret of a mosque so you will hear the call to prayer in the morning.

We had booked a room for one night. There was no air conditioning and we were told that in the night it will only be heat mode and we could open the window if we wanted it colder. The window faced the street and we couldn’t sleep until 2ish since the people walking in thw streets were loud. We had a friend booked into another room in the same property and they had the same issues. The pictures on Expedia said the room had a terrace .. yes it did but it was a shared one and access was from outside the room. So couldn’t use it. The bathroom was very small and cramped and the toiletries were bad. Good thing we carried our own stuff. The staff was rude. We were given 4 bottles of water for one day and we asked for extra bottles at the reception the next day morning since it was so hot and we drank all the four bottles. They said they have to look and never gave us one.. we were ready to pay but they never even gave us that option. The check in time is 2 pm and our luggage never reached the room until late evening when we had to remind them. The place is walkable to nearby restaurants and shopping places which was a saving grace. Overall did not enjoy our stay as we ended up with almost no sleep.

The location was perfect and walking distance to everything and plenty of restaurants around. Although the hotel restaurant was amazing! We had such a lovely dinner. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The beds were so comfortable! I can’t rate this hotel more highly!

This hotel was honestly fantastic in every way that I can imagine. The location is perfectly central, although you could be up on top of the hill, possibly with better views. But the rooftop view, where the restaurant is located, is genuinely spectacular. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic. The service at the restaurant is so friendly, it’s almost over the top. The photos from the rooftop pool, lounges, and restaurant are world class. The room was great, with a great bed, a good bathroom, good shower. I would definitely stay here again.
