I loved this place! So close to a lot of things. My mom is local so not far from her house at all! Only thing is one bathroom but that’s okay it’s overall very clean and they respond to you very quickly!!

Cozy rental in a great location!
My spouse and I stayed here and it was so comfortable and convenient. I’m from New Iberia but I’ve lived in the Northeast U.S. for many many years. This was such a nice stay - cozy house, quiet street, great location nearby to Main Street. And communication with owner was wonderful. They responded in such a quick fashion and were understanding and considerate. I’ll definitely rent here again.

It was a cute place. Property manager was quick and prompt when replying. One of our issues was the thermostat as was mentioned in a previous review. We couldn’t adjust it and it was freezing in there when the outside temperatures dropped last night. Our only other issue was that it was close to train tracks and we heard trains 2-3 times per day. If you’re a light sleeper and cannot go back to bed right away, this may be a concern for you. It is close to Theriot’s and their food is amazing though There is also other restaurants in a close vicinity too.

We had issues with the property: Bathroom sink doesn’t drain Google home thermostat did not work To watch TV you have to log into your personal streaming service. There are no local channels The bathtub is rusted and calking is broken. The property manager did not respond in a timely . Overall we we’re disappointed in the unit. We would not stay here again.

Lovely Home Away From Home
Cosy house, close to downtown, but not far from many of the other attractions the area has to offer. Nice decor and plenty of room for 4-5 people. Complete kitchen. No need to bring anything except personal items. My contact was so helpful with information. Note: Not handicap accessible; stairs in front and back. Highly recommended! Just what we were looking for.
